Eranga is the Founder of Human Resource Management Support (Pvt) Ltd which was established in January 2021. She has 17+ years of corporate experience starting from British Council, then MAS Holdings, Intrepid Group and Continental Insurance. She is a well-versed HR Practitioner with over 11 years of experience. During her professional career apart from working as an Employee she has worked as a teacher, lecturer, trainer and a consultant as well.
Eranga schooled at Sirimavo Bandaranaike Vidyalaya, Colombo 07 and graduated first with Professional Qualification in Human Resource Management from Charted Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) and secondly, with Master of Business Administration from Staffordshire University, UK. She is a professionally qualified Six Sigma Yellow Belter and a Scrum Fundamental Master. Eranga is also qualified with Honours Diploma in IT and Edexcel Teacher Training Diploma. She has further gained number of certificates through online learning with International Universities and Institutes including CIPD.

Kevin is the sales guy of Absolute Marketing Solutions Pvt Ltd. He has 12+ years of corporate experience starting from the shipping & logistics industry with K-Line, Mitsui O.S.K Lines and thereafter in tea export for Qualitea ceylon managing sales for international markets and finally half a decade of certification, sales & team management experience with Bureau Veritas specialising in cyber security products.
Kevin schooled at S.Thomas Prep School, Colombo 02 and graduated with Bachelors in Marketing from Edith Cowan University (Australia), Bachelors in Management (Australia) and Master of Business Administration from Staffordshire University, UK. He is also a CQI IRCA registered ISO 9001 Lead auditor.
Evangella Siromani is a website developer with over a decade of experience in the field. She began her academic journey at Methodist College, Colombo 3 for her Ordinary Level and furthered her education at Lyceum International School, Wattala for her Advance level. Equipped with a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology and a postgraduate diploma in Software Engineering, Evangella possesses a strong foundation in the technical aspects of her craft.
Currently, Evangella Siromani is part of the website development team at Absolute Marketing Solutions. She leads projects and guides her team to success with her deep knowledge and skills of web development.
Prabodh Hettiarachchi brings dedication and skill to his role as a website developer at Absolute Marketing Solutions. Having completed his schooling at Wesley College, Colombo 09, Prabodh embarked on a journey of continuous learning and professional growth. With a diploma in IT under his belt and currently pursuing a B.A (Hons) in Management and Leadership, Prabodh combines technical expertise with a strong foundation in management principles. His commitment to excellence is evident in his work ethic, as he consistently strives to leverage his existing skills while remaining open to learning and adapting to new challenges.
Dilum Thathsara is a website developer at Absolute Marketing Solutions. He completed his schooling at St. Aloysius College, Ratnapura, and earned a degree in Computer Science and Software Engineering from the University of Bedfordshire, UK.
